What Is Going On in the Job Market
Each month I receive a copy of a report compiled by S&P Global for KPMG and REC – which shows staff shortages, staff availability, permanent and temporary placements, pay pressures, salaries/wages, demand for skills and regional areas.
It has definitely been a more challenging time towards the end of 2022 with a noticeable slow down in permanent positions as company’s are being more cautious due to the economic slowdown.
